You may withdraw from or reschedule your computer-based testing appointment using the Prometric scheduling tool. You must make changes prior to published deadlines.
For reschedules/cancellations 16-29 days prior to the Part I, II, III and PHT exam application deadlines, there is a $50 charge paid to and retained by Prometric. Please contact support@nbce.org or call 800-964-6223 with questions.
After published deadlines, you may not make any changes to your appointment and the NBCE will issue no refunds.

How Do I Transfer To Another Administration?
Examinees may withdraw from or reschedule their Parts I, II, III, Physiotherapy computer-based exams using the Prometric scheduling tool. After published deadlines, you may not make any changes to your appointment and the NBCE will issue no refunds.
If you wish to withdraw from the Part IV Exam, please contact the NBCE at support@nbce.org. The NBCE must receive your request by the published deadline.
What Are The Fees To Change A Test Site?

Due to complex scheduling requirements, the NBCE cannot accept test site changes for the Part IV Exam. If you cannot test at your assigned site, you may withdraw from the exam and receive a refund.
