I cannot test on the regularly scheduled days due to my religious beliefs. Can I reschedule my exams?

The NBCE will modify the exam schedule when an examinee’s religious beliefs prevent testing on the regular schedule.

Please complete a Religious Exemption Form and e-mail it to the NBCE. The NBCE must receive the request by the application deadline for the current administration. If this is the first time you are requesting a religious exemption, you must also submit a confirmation form signed by your religious leader.

Do I have to submit a Religious Exemption Form every time I apply for an exam?

You will need to submit the form if the regular exam schedule conflicts with your holy day(s). You must submit a form for each administration that has a conflict. If you are retaking an exam, please submit the exemption registration for the retake administration. If this is the first time you are requesting a religious exemption, you must also submit a confirmation form signed by your religious leader.
