Please contact the NBCE at 800-964-6223 to discuss withdrawal options. After published deadlines, you may not make any changes to your appointment and the NBCE will issue no refunds.

      How Do I Transfer To Another Administration?

      Examinees may withdraw from or reschedule their Parts I, II, III, Physiotherapy computer-based exams using the Prometric scheduling tool. After published deadlines, you may not make any changes to your appointment and the NBCE will issue no refunds.

      If you wish to withdraw from the Part IV Exam, please contact the NBCE at support@nbce.org. The NBCE must receive your request by the published deadline.

       

      What Are The Fees To Change A Test Site?

      Examinees may reschedule their Parts I, II, III, and/or Physiotherapy computer-based exams using the Prometric scheduling tool. After published deadlines, you may not make any changes to your appointment and the NBCE will issue no refunds.

      Due to complex scheduling requirements, the NBCE cannot accept test site changes for the Part IV Exam. If you cannot test at your assigned site, you may withdraw from the exam and receive a refund. Exam withdrawal requests must meet published deadlines in order to receive a refund. If you decide to withdraw from Part IV, please contact the NBCE at support@nbce.org.
